Schedule juices and snacks during class hours
About
Designed an app for NIFT students to order and schedule juices and snacks during class hours, addressing the issue of rush at the juice and snacks corner. The app streamlined the ordering process, with the potential to reduce wait times and improve efficiency. Through iterative design and user and faculty feedback, I created an intuitive interface that enhanced the overall user experience. The project allowed me to develop skills in UI design, usability testing.List support
Design Brief
Design an app in Agile design process.
Project Scope
Efficiency Improvement:Streamline the process of ordering and delivering juices and snacks during class hours to reduce rush and waiting times at intervals.
Enhanced User Experience:Develop an intuitive and user-friendly interface that enhances the overall experience for both students and faculty.
Customization Features:Provide users with the ability to customize their orders to suit their preferences, fostering a personalized experience.
Real-Time Communication:Implement a real-time communication system to keep users informed about the status of their orders, ensuring transparency and convenience.
Payment Flexibility:Offer multiple payment options to accommodate various user preferences and facilitate a smooth transaction process.
User Story: A Thirsty NIFT Student's Juicy Journey

Meet Sarah, a busy NIFT student who's in need of a refreshing juice fix during her hectic class hours. Eager to avoid the notorious rush at the juice and snacks corner during break, she decides to explore the newly designed NIFT Juices & Snacks Ordering App.

Feature Prioritization
Prioritized user stories based on importance and feasibility. Identify the minimum viable product (MVP) features necessary for a functional app.

Iterative Design
To establish a starting point, we initiated the app development process by creating low-fidelity wireframes or mockups for key app screens. After receiving feedback from both team members and the subject faculty, we made necessary adjustments. As we progressed through sprints, we systematically refined our designs.

Our goal - Inculcate the feedback from Iteration 1 which was to derive some experiential design for the app. Add EXPERIENCE of the real life to the screens- the placing of order, the audiovisual cues, etc.
